How ZT Light handles account, supplier and buyer inquiry information.
How information is used
Information is used to operate accounts, review and publish approved content, route inquiries to the selected supplier, maintain platform security and understand platform performance.
Inquiry sharing
A submitted inquiry is visible to the selected supplier and the ZT Light platform administrator. It is not visible to other suppliers or public website visitors.
Retention and deletion
Platform administrators can remove inquiries and permanently delete records from the recycle bin. Historical inquiries may be retained when a supplier account is removed, unless the inquiry itself is permanently deleted.
Security
Passwords are stored using secure one-way hashing. Access to supplier and platform administration areas is controlled through authenticated, role-based sessions.
